A space that welcomed clients, employed current market trends and encompassed the enduring nature of the corporate brand, were priorities. The space is anchored off the elevator lobby by the reception and conferencing areas, taking advantage of the views of Lodo. The private offices were created with expansive glass fronts to promote a more collaborative culture and allowing daylight into the interior. Touch down, huddle areas and phone booths allowed a smaller individual workstation footprint. A single break and mail area was desired to promote a sense of community and employee interaction. A palette of natural, local materials was utilized in creating tone-on-tone spaces with a solid, classic feel. Back-painted glass and Eucalyptus panels create a textural rhythm and focal termination points through the main corridors. Sustainable best practices were utilized throughout the design and construction process as environmental stewardship was a priority. |
