Denver Hotel is a new hotel development proposed for Denver’s revitalized Union Station District in the heart of LoDo, or Lower Downtown. Currently Denver’s high end hotel complexes are located in the city’s financial center, further away from the best restaurant and night life. Capitalizing on the new public works and new transit improvements the city is making for the Union Station area, BURKETTDESIGN and the developer’s team have designed a new 5 star hotel tower to fill the needs this area’s tourism & business sector.

BURKETTDESIGN has been hired to create the initial concept design of the hotel tower, and eventually move the project through design development into construction documents. Once a hotel chain has been selected, BURKETTDESIGN will work closely with the branding team to shape the tower’s design.
